Hmmm...
though have you ever been to new orleans?
because they have only crappy as hell plastic beads that they put on the necklaces.
this is an awesome picture though, I like little craft things like that, I have a cool picture from mexico of masks and different little statue things, but alas, there is an ugly yellow lanyard in the middle of the picture, so i'd have to do major photoshoppin before it could be shown
coolness--fav'd

actually i never been to new orleans on this life time. but i've dreamt of it many times.
i imagined these are their beads , they throw at mardi gras..

you see, if you lived in the united states, we have novelty bracelets for good luck and shallow stuff like that, which are presented in the form of little candies on the string, and we have more abstract charms, such as Creativity, or Spirit, or something to that effect, and we appropriate such bracelets to be made by Native Americans, as our culture believes the only worth the Native Americans have is that they are close to the earth, and they make little charming crafts out of stones and wood that we can purchase for 5 dollars in the store. Buying these little charming crafts, helps to further the cause of the Native Americans, at the same time as we all as a nation try to put them into little reservations which we can visit, and see how the native americans lived, like a museum. "ooh, look children, these people valued the environment, they saw oneness in nature, isn't that weird children, they should do things like us, purchase little trinkets and go about our meaningless lives putting blind misinterpreted faith we say comes from the bible, but in fact actually appeared 200 years ago, and try not to go into hell, which is a place we know nothing about in biblical terms, only from what people have read out of Dante's Inferno." That's how lame we are, that's how dumb...
suck my balls society, stop declaring you have found meaning and actually for once try and look for it yourselves. Think for yourselves dammit.

yes, and that has a great deal to do with crappy plastic beads.
